In the recent "Peace -Amani" competition,Mercy care Primary school emerged top of all colleges,high schools and churches.The competition was centered on how to bring peace in the valley.We thought that education was one strong tool of embracing all and bringing peace in the valley.The Guest of honour was the Permanent Secretary Mininistry Gender ,sports and Social services.This is another way that the lord has spoken to us.

Mercy Care is on the right track, obviously. The trophy is not the true prize, though. The advancements toward peace and enlightenment by the hard-working students and teachers are really the prize in the end. God has blessed Mercy Care with the skills to show the rest of the world the way!

What a wonderful award! Of all the prizes that you could earn, I cannot think of a better or more lasting one than to be recognized for bringing peace in your valley. This award also reminds me of our Lord's blessing, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God."
